On March 31, 2015, the Texas Education Agency announced that school districts may begin submitting their electronic Depository Contract forms through the TEA Secure Environment (TEASE) Audit application. School districts must submit completed forms for a new depository contract or an extension of an existing contract by the June 15, 2015 deadline. You are encouraged to submit your information as soon as possible to avoid any potential delays in the direct deposit of funds, if TEA determines corrections are required to your depository contract forms. School districts must submit depository contract forms every other year on odd numbered years by June 15th, in contrast to charter schools that are required to submit annual depository contract forms by December 1st.
