The comptroller's office has withdrawn its proposed rule change related to requesting property value audits under TAC 9.103. They have indicated that they will propose a new rule based on feedback they received from public comments, and until then, the current rule will remain in place. This means you can continue to use the current forms (
50-302 and 50-303 available here) as you have done in the past to request property value audits.
