I have been a dedicated educator since 2005, building a diverse career that includes roles as a teacher, Math Specialist, Campus Administrator, and Director of State and Federal Programs. My educational foundation was further strengthened by earning a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources in 2005, which has been instrumental in my growth as a leader in the field.
Currently, I serve as the Chief of Human Resources for Waller Independent School District (Waller ISD) in Waller, Texas, where I am responsible for overseeing a workforce of approximately 1,500 employees. My commitment to the profession extends to my active involvement with the Texas Association of School Business Officials (TASBO), where I have been a member since 2018. I currently hold the position of Vice-Chair for the Personnel Committee and contribute to the organization by teaching certification courses.
