I served in public education and was employed by San Angelo ISD from 1985 through 2021. My public education service began at the campus level. I moved to the business office in 1990 and assumed my role in the area of human resources in 1996.
My experiences have been in the areas of recruiting; staffing and budget management; hiring and onboarding; compensation and benefits management; leave administration; appraisal, documentation, and employee management; employee relations; policy administration; professional learning; and other human capital management functions.
As a retired Texas public school administrator, my passion and enjoyment comes from serving TASBO through mentoring, coaching leaders, presenting, curriculum writing, consulting, and assisting districts and TASBO members.
