Hi Y'all! I'm Cindy Garcia, RTSBO from Pecos, TX (far West).
I'm the PEIMS Manager for Pecos-Barstow-Toyah ISD, a Frontline SIS & ERP District.
I'm an outgoing, optimist, fun-loving, people-oriented person. I'm enthusiastic and love to learn so why not have fun in the process! I've never met a stranger and I'm not afraid to ask the "dumb questions".
Being a member of TASBO has been so beneficial to me. It is truly a great resource to have. Online courses are great but the TASBO Conference in person experience is unmatched. I have been able to not only learn, but also meet, network, and collaborate with TEA , TASBO and other Texas school district employees. If you have never been to a conference, I highly encourage it. You will return to your district feeling empowered!
