There were 3,211 M&M's in this month's TASBO Connect Contest. This is the same # of overall registrants at the 2014 TASBO Annual Conference. Andrea Walters guessed 3,223 and wins the contest. Runner-Up winners are Karen Cook and Marc David Garcia, who each will receive nice consolation prizes in the mail.
