Today, Texas Attorney General Opinion KP-0148 (2017) was released on ”Applicability of the International Energy Conservation Code to new school district building construction after November 1, 2016.”
The summary stated:
“A court would likely find that school buildings are commercial construction within the scope of subsection 388.003(b) of the Health and Safety Code.”
