Of the 140 education-related bills passed by the 84th Legislature, Governor Abbott has signed 24 of the bills as of today, June 1, 2015. The list below shows the effective date for bills signed by the Governor. June 21, 2015 is the last day that Governor Abbott can sign or veto bills.
