Analysis of Public School Federal Indirect Cost Rates for School Year 2015-16

By Thomas Canby posted 05-10-2015 21:11

Last week, the Texas Education Agency released federal indirect cost rates that will be effective from July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2016. School districts and open-enrollment charter schools were issued two indirect cost rates, a restricted rate and an unrestricted rate. The restricted rate is used for grant programs covered by a supplement, not supplant provision. The unrestricted rate is used for grant programs without such a provision. The tables below contain an analysis of indirect cost rates released by TEA for school year 2015-16, according to public school type.
