TEA released new information Tuesday on using a district's substitute system in lieu of time and effort reporting. The US Department of Education requires you to submit a management certification form to TEA before your employees may participate in the substitute system. To use for the Fall 2015 semester, you must submit the management certification form before September 15, 2015. Pleasefollow this link for more information:
