https://txschools.org/. On each district's repot card, there is a link to financial information about the district. The financial information includes "all funds" revenue and expenditures compared to the state and regional average. The all funds expenditure number includes operating expenditures as well as debt service and capital outlay. As has been noted before, this means that the expense associated with purchasing a facility as well as the expense associated with repaying the debt on that facility will both be included, so if your district made some long-term capital purchases in a given year, your spending may appear high compared to the state or regional average. District FIRST ratings are also shown, as is the total district debt per student. You may want to review the information posted for your district as it could generate questions from the community.
